Administrative Assistant Level III(Accountant)
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>• Day-to-day payroll and HR functions.</p>
<p>• Time Keeping, Payroll processing, HR record-keeping and Managing staff attendance records.</p>
<p>• General Accounting works.</p>
<p>• Handling of accounts receivables, accounts payables, check and voucher preparation, etc.</p>
<p>• Prepare government reportorial requirements (BIR, SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, Etc.).</p>
<p>• Prepare drafts of financial statements, income tax returns and other reports.</p>
<p>• Prepare of journal entries.</p>
<p>• Posting entries to the general and subsidiary ledgers as per international accounting standards and company procedures.</p>
<p>• Preparation of Trial Balance and adjusting entries. Allocation of payments, revenue and expenses to the proper accounting category as per company policy and procedures.</p>
<p>• Reconciliation of bank statements.</p>
<p>• Preparation of cost accounting report for individual jobs.</p>
<p>• Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flows.</p>
<p>• Preparation of Fund Transfers Advises, Cheques and other Financial Instruments.</p>
<p>• Maintaining up-to-date receivable and payable ledgers.</p>
<p>• May perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature.</p>
<p>• May provides administrative support to the Sales Operations, Accounting, Human Resource and Administration Department, including special projects, office work flow, appointments, correspondence, data compilation and records control.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>• Bachelor's Degree required, Major in Accountancy.</li>
<li>• Meticulous, honest and pays close attention to details.</li>
<li>• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>• General knowledge of all human resources functions including employee relations, compensation, HRIS, benefits, employment laws and compliance issues is an advantage.</li>
<li>• Familiar with accounting software (QuickBooks), Microsoft Office applications and related data entries.</li>
<li>• Must be Flexible, Goal Driven, Computer Literate and can work with minimum supervision.</li>
<li>• Ability to deal with people tactfully and effectively.</li>
