Customer Support Specialist
<p>Job description: </p>
<p>* Answers incoming call from Support Call.<p>
<p>* Compiles all consumers information including – Names, Date and Reason of Call.<p>
<p>* Prepares merchant applications and reports completed applications to U.S. office staff.<p>
<p>* Prepares merchant applications through AMS, MEA, Amex and Discover.<p>
<p>* Receive inbound calls with regards to Occent Billing Gateway .<p>
<p>* Answer inquiry and question with regards to the product and services offered by the company.<p> <p>* Document all calls and information of the consumers complaints and inquiries receive everyday.<p> <p>* Prepares merchant applications. Fax/email appointments for merchant accounts.</p>
</p>Qualifications: </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree required. </li>
<li>3-5 years experience in a as a customer service representative. </li>
<li>Experienced in providing customer service assistance both local and international. </li>
<li>In dept understanding of credit card transactions and how they apply online. </li>
<li>Knowledge in online merchant solutions a plus. </li>
