Outbound Call Center Telesales Representative

<p>Job Description:</p> <p>* Conduct outbound calls to U.S. merchants.</p> <p>* Pitch merchants on Occent products and services.</p> <p>* Qualify the merchant as a lead, and work with Senior Sales staff to convert the lead into an account.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.</li> <li>Superb sales skills and customer focused.</li> <li>Assertive and confident.</li> <li>Very conversational; above average spoken English skills</li> <li>Strong communication skills in English (written and oral)</li> <li>Strong active listening, comprehension and call handling skills.</li> <li>Positive thinker, risk taker, and can easily bounce back from set-backs.</li> <li>Thrives in fast paced, quota-driven environment.</li> <li>Dependable; excellent work ethics.</li> <li>Willing to work odd hours and shifting schedules, primarily during US Working Hours.</li> <li>Experience handling sales or customer campaigns.</li> </ul>Back to Careers
